About the Trainer

Robert Siva

MBA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University UK

  • Holds certifications in Purchasing, Logistics and Professional Certification in Human Resources Management.
  • Started his training career since 2006 and a certified PSNB Trainer for the past 18 years.
  • Has over 33 years of experience in diverse operational and managerial roles in Logistics & Supply Chain, Human Resources Management and Training industry.
  • Worked in several multinational organizations in the Manufacturing, Trading and Service industries.
  • Has vast experience liaising with Malaysian Customs, MITI, MIDA, Treasury Department, Finance Ministry, Labour Department, IR, Industrial Court on HR matters.
  • Has great passion in the human capital development, organizational improvement and progress.
  • Conducted training for many industries related to Logistics & Supply Chain, Human Resources Management which covers Labour Law and HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Completed several consultancies through 3 PILLAR CONCEPTS focusing on reengineering the entire process of HR Management, Logistics & Supply Chain operations and Customer Service excellence.
